Please ensure prompt pickup of your order at the agreed-upon date and time. A 20-minute grace period is allowed, and any pickup beyond this timeframe will incur a $10.00 late fee.

The late fee is variable, depending on the duration of the delay from the originally scheduled time. Significant delays may result in a higher late fee. Your understanding and cooperation are appreciated, as timely pickups are crucial.

Kindly respect the specified hours for order collection:

- Monday to Friday: 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm

- Saturday to Sunday: 12:00 pm - 8:00 pm

To initiate the order process, a non-refundable 50% deposit is required. This deposit ensures the confirmed creation and pickup of your order. I will make every effort to contact you promptly upon receiving the Order Request Form.

Please note that orders must be submitted a minimum of 3 days in advance to allow for proper preparation.
